Professional Home Stager

Hello! My name is Nicole Sargent and I am the owner of Occasional Decor LLC.

After 20 years of interior design consulting to friends, family and neighbors, I decided to pursue my passion of interior design by forming my company called Occasional Decor, LLC in 2021. The vision started with holiday decorating as a main focus but has primarily shifted more towards home staging services for the real estate resale market. Occasional Decor stages for mid to luxury level residential and commercial real estate properties.

My professional background and experience also includes project management, computer technology, and technical purchasing. I love to accessorize, whether it’s in a home or office or on myself!
